Welcome Organic Family this Challenge is the 1st Challenge of the year. I don't believe in a New Years Resolution; I believe in a New Day Resolution because if you work on you everyday until the end of the year it would lead you be a new you. This Challenge is a Plant base eating challenge. Its is designed for you to move towards a healthy lifestyle and healthy habits. In the passed clients have lose weight and have reversed diabetes , high blood pressure get off of medication, stopped inflammation and more. This is a fun event because we will do it together "No Unhealthy Person Left behind" lol. We have meditation, Workouts, recipes, and more.
