Session 1 will be for 1hr this will be the introduction into health, Nutrition & Wellness things you will need to know and it can change your life forever.
Session 2 is 1 hr. long and you will learn the martial Arts cardio / Drill cards Have fun, Burn Calories and more. Lets see if you have it in you to do what Sensei Says.
